Automatic cutting machine operation instructions
1. First, turn the cutting depth controller (fine-tuning knob) to zero.
2. Turn on the power switch, press the oil pump start button, run it for two minutes without load, observe whether the system is normal.
3. Stack the push-pull plate, rubber plate, workpiece, die in the middle of the workbench in order.
4. Align the die (die setting).
①. Loosen the knife handle, let it fall to the bottom naturally lock it.
②. Turn the switch to the right to prepare for trial cutting.
③. Double-click the green button for trial cutting. The depth of punching is controlled by fine-tuning.
④. Fine-tuning: Turn the fine-tuning button, turn it to the left to reduce the depth, turn it to the right to deepen the depth.

⑤． Stroke adjustment: Rotate the lifting height controller, the right-hand stroke increases, the left-hand stroke decreases, the stroke can be freely adjusted within the range of 50-200mm ( 50-250mm). During normal production, the stroke of the upper pressing distance the top of the die is about 50mm.
Special attention: Every time the die, workpiece pad is replaced, the stroke must be reset, otherwise, the die pad will be damaged.
Safety matters:
①. To ensure safety, it is strictly forbidden to put your hands other parts of the body into the punching area during operation. The power must be turned off before maintenance, wood blocks other hard objects must be placed in the punching area to prevent the upper pressing plate losing control after pressure relief, causing accidental personal injury.
②. In special circumstances, when the upper pressing plate needs to rise immediately, press the reset button. When stopping, press the power brake button (red button) the entire system will stop operating immediately.
③. When operating, you must press the two buttons on the upper pressing plate with both hands, you must change to single-handed foot-operated operation at will.
Maintenance: Always keep the machine clean, clean the oil filter once a month, change the hydraulic oil once a year. Before working, check the oil level in the machine. When it is lower than the specified level, add the same brand of hydraulic oil as in the machine. Do mix them. When cutting, put the workpiece in the center of the work area so that the force is evenly distributed in all parts of the machine, thereby extending the service life of the machine.
