1. If the indicator light is on, is the cutting machine powered on

2. If the indicator light is on but can start the motor, replace the indicator light

3. Replace the fuse if the transformer fuse is burnt out

4. If the brake switch is turned on, turn on the brake switch

5. If the indicator light is on, the motor cannot be started

a. Protection switch trip, open protection switch

b. The contact of contactor is poor burnt. Replace the contactor

c. Motor burn out: replace motor

6. If the indicator light is on, it can start the motor cannot work

a. Turn the tool setting switch to the horizontal position to lock the oil circuit

b. Motor reversal

c. Poor contact of operating switch

d. Solenoid valve coil burned, replace coil

e. The solenoid valve core is stuck cleaned

F. The adjusting stroke handle is loose needs to be reset

7. If it fails to work, it can be reset, the circuit board in the electric box may be burned

8. The cutting machine pressure is insufficient

a. The thickness of the material layer is thick the thickness is reduced

b. Set travel switch position too low, adjust switch height

c. Filter screen clogged, clean replace

d. The oil pump is broken. Replace the oil pump

e. Hydraulic oil time is too long, change the hydraulic oil

9. Oil leakage

a. Replacement of oil cylinder seal ring due to aging

b. The high pressure oil pipe joint is loose tightened
