Troubleshooting of rocker cutting machine

1. Cutting oil temperature too high

A. The oil pump is damaged the internal parts wear produce heat when rotating at high speed.

B. Internal leakage of oil pressure components, such as direction valve buckle seal ring damage, makes high-pressure oil flow through a small space to generate heat.

C. If the pressure is adjusted properly, the hydraulic system will be overheated due to high pressure for a long time.

2. Cutting machine noise generation

A. If the hydraulic oil in the oil tank is insufficient, the air inhaled by the oil pump the oil filter is blocked by dirt, the oil pump will be short of oil, the bubbles in the oil liquid will be discharged to impact the blades, resulting in noise. The solution is to check the oil quantity, prevent air inhalation clean the filter.

B. The viscosity of hydraulic oil is high, which increases the flow resistance, so it is necessary to replace the appropriate hydraulic oil.

C. Because the bearing blade of oil pump motor is damaged the concentricity deviation of coupling causes noise, it is necessary to adjust the concentricity replace the parts.

D. Direction valve reaction failure, but the function is still in, such as valve core wear, internal leakage, burr blockage, inflexible movement, solenoid valve failure due to current imbalance will also produce noise. The solution is to clean the valve core replace it with a new one. The current must be stable sufficient.

E. The hydraulic components are damaged the oil pipeline is blocked, which makes the noise when the hydraulic oil flows at high speed.s

F. In case of mechanical failure, insufficient lubrication looseness of parts, the causes shall be found out to fasten replace them.

3. Cutting machine press plate does go down, does reset after descending.

A. If there is something wrong with the cutting switch, check replace it.

B. If there is insufficient oil in the oil tank the oil pipe leaks, add oil tighten the oil pipe joint.

C. The solenoid valve cannot be reset, repaired replaced.

D. The relay is in poor contact the main oil circuit cannot be switched. Check the circuit.

4. Insufficient cutting pressure

A. The oil pump is damaged the oil inlet is blocked, the oil cylinder has leakage, which shall be eliminated according to the situation after inspection.

B. If the touch of the microswitch is too slow faulty, adjust it to touch replace it when it is about 10 mm before the cutting point.

C. Solenoid valve failure, repair solenoid valve spindle.

D. The circulating oil in the oil tank is enough. Make up the circulating oil to make the oil level exceed the oil filter net.
