2. Leakage
The leakage of the hydraulic system is divided into internal leakage external leakage. Internal leakage refers to leakage inside the system, such as leakage on both sides of the piston between the valve core the valve body. External leakage refers to leakage in the external environment.
Solution: ① Check whether the pipe fitting joints are loose
② Use good quality seals.
3. Vibration
The impact force generated by the high-speed flow of hydraulic oil in the pipeline of the hydraulic cutting machine the impact generated during the switching process of the control valve are the causes of vibration. Excessive vibration amplitude can cause the system's precision instruments to give erroneous indications, leading to system failure.

Solution: ①Fix the hydraulic pipeline

To avoid the above problems in the hydraulic system, the following precautions should be taken when using the cutting machine:
1. When starting the machine every day, let the machine run at no load for 1-2 minutes before cutting.
2. When the machine is stopped for more than one day, please loosen the setting handle to prevent damage to related parts. During operation, the die should be placed in the middle of the cutting surface (approximately between the two side rods).
3. The machine should be cleaned once before leaving get off work every day, the electrical parts should be kept clean at all times. By the way, check whether the screws are loose so that they can be locked.
4. The lubrication system in the machine body should be checked regularly to see if it is operating normally, the oil filter in the oil tank should be cleaned once a month. it must be cleaned when the noise of the oil pump increases. Whenever the hydraulic oil is replaced, the oil tank must be thoroughly cleaned.
5. Always check maintain the oil level in the oil tank. The hydraulic oil level should be at least 30m/m higher than the oil filter, but the oil tank cannot be installed. If there is serious loss, please find the cause in time take corresponding measures.
6. The hydraulic oil in the oil tank needs to be replaced after about 2400 hours of use, especially the first oil of the new machine should be replaced after about 2000 hours. After the new machine is installed the oil is changed, the oil filter needs to be cleaned after about 500 hours of use.
7. The oil pipe joints must be locked there must be no oil leakage. The oil pipe must be rubbed when the oil pipe is working to prevent damage.
8. When you want to remove the oil pipe, you should place a pad at the bottom of the pressure seat to make the pressure seat drop to the pad to prevent a large amount of circulating oil leaking. Note that the motor should be completely stopped without pressure before removing the hydraulic system parts.
9. If the machine is in operation, be sure to stop the motor, otherwise it will greatly reduce the service life of the machine.
