1. Machine installation
1. Fix the machine horizontally on a flat cement floor, check whether the parts of the machine are intact firm, whether the circuits are smooth effective.
2. Remove stains debris the upper pressure plate the work surface.
3. Inject 68# 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil into the oil tank, the oil level must be less than 25mm above the oil filter.
4. Connect to a 380V three-phase power supply, press the oil pump start button, adjust keep the motor direction consistent with the arrow direction.

2. Operation Instructions
1. First turn the cutting depth controller (fine-tuning knob) to the left to zero.
2. Turn on the power switch, press the oil pump start button, run it for two minutes without load, observe whether the system is normal.
3. Stack the push-pull plate, rubber plate, workpiece, die in the middle of the workbench in order.
4. Align the die (die setting).
①. Loosen the knife handle, let it fall to the bottom naturally lock it.
②. Turn the switch to the right to prepare for trial cutting.
③. Double-click the green button to conduct trial cutting. The depth of punching is controlled by fine adjustment.
