Application features:

This production line is suitable for the automatic operation of cutting  collecting PVC floor sheet in large batch  continuous way by using forming cutter mould.

1. PLC touch screen program control, follow-up  manual two kinds of tool die setting punching mode.

2. The special PU belt is driven by servo motor, assisted by inclined roller material edge  intelligent positioning continuous feeding device at feed inlet.

3. Four column manual adjustment of the lower limit blocking device can effectively control the cutting depth.

4. The front  rear side grating safety protection device can effectively protect the operator's safety.

5. Automatic separation mechanism for finished products  waste products can realize effective separation  improve collection efficiency.

6. The signal warning light displays the current working state of different machines in different colors.

7. Special water cooler can effectively reduce the temperature of hydraulic oil.

8. Equipped with a tool die car, the tool die can be safely  quickly sent to the lower part of the upper pressing plate for fixation ( drilling holes on both sides in advance).

9. According to the needs, electric lifting table  manipulator automatic suction  discharge device can be added.
