Application features:

This machine is suitable for semi cutting  full cutting of non-metallic materials (film, liquid crystal, cold light film, touch panel, flexible printed circuit board, insulating sheet, label, electronic foam, medical rubber, packaging materials, plastic film, PVC, etc.) with small size by forming knife die.

1. It adopts man-machine interface (touch control of computer display screen)  programmable PLC program control, which is fast  easy to operate.

2. The automatic feeding transmission device of precision screw rod is adopted, the feeding positioning is accurate, the material is convenient to be taken,  the raw materials are greatly saved  the production efficiency is improved.

3. Hydraulic die-cutting device, double cylinder, precision four column automatic balance connecting rod structure, to achieve accurate die cutting  stable operation.
