This machine is suitable for making balls, sandpaper, shoes, toys, handicrafts, etc., using molded die cutting to cut leather, rubber, plastic, composite materials, etc. with wide width  rolled materials, especially for batch continuous cutting of parts with regular cutting materials.
1. It adopts double cylinders, precision four-column guides  automatic balancing connecting rod structure to ensure uniform cutting depth at each cutting position.
2. It is equipped with rubber roller automatic feeding device  automatic lubrication system, PLC computer touch screen program control, simple operation, low failure rate, strong cutting force, which can greatly improve work efficiency.
3. It is equipped with pad floating device to reduce wear  extend the service life of pad.
4. It is equipped with a knife holder to fix the knife die, which is convenient to disassemble  replace,  has a wide field of vision.
5. There is a set structure, which cooperates with the cutting force  cutting height to make the stroke adjustment simple  accurate. When the cutting plate contacts the knife die, it automatically cuts slowly, so that there is no dimensional error between the upper  lower layers of the cutting material.
6. It is operated by both hands  equipped with a safety grating, which is easy to operate  highly safe.
